the hotel location was acceptable, as it was near a shopping mall.

The room temperature was too warm. It was genuinely uncomfortable. adjusting the heating didn't seem to help. i really struggled to get a restful sleep because of this issue

my room was quite big and very clean. the bed was great and the pillows were comfortable. i liked that the bathroom was very clean and nice. breakfast was excellent, i found lots of things to eat.

I didn't like that the air con didn't work. The room was too warm. i was told the air con is only for summer. the tv also didn't work for a day and i was told there was nothing that they could do
